Due to the nature of our products and strict regulations, our return policy is as follows:

Order Cancellations: Orders may be canceled at any time prior to shipping. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled. Please note that if an order is returned as undeliverable, a 20% restocking fee plus all original shipping charges will be applied.

Firearms and Ammunition Sales are Final: Once a firearm has been shipped to your chosen FFL dealer and transferred into your possession (or the background check has cleared), the sale is final. We can’t accept returns on firearms or ammunition for any reason. For any defects, malfunctions, or warranty claims related to a firearm or ammunition after you have accepted the transfer, you must work directly with the manufacturer.

Accessories: Returns for accessories may be accepted within 30 days of receipt, provided the item is in new, unused, and undamaged condition with all original packaging. All accessory returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. You’re responsible for shipping costs for returns.

Defective Products (Before Transfer/Non-Firearm): If you receive a defective product (excluding firearms after transfer or shipping damage, which you must report as per Section 4), please contact us immediately. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty.
